"Feels real"
The avatar and riding motion feel realistic most of the time. It’s smooth and doesn’t feel too game-like. Corners can look a little stiff sometimes, but overall it makes indoor rides more fun.

"Pretty good deal, if only the family plan made sense"
The subscription feels fair overall, and I do get a lot of rides out of it, so I can’t complain too much. That said, it would be nice if the family plan wasn’t priced like everyone in the house is secretly made of money...

I’ve been enjoying the events more than I expected. The challenges are fun and give me a good excuse to ride more often, which I figure is a better use of my time than just sitting around. They’re not perfect, but they keep things interesting enough that I keep checking in

Rouvy connected to my Wahoo trainer and heart rate strap quickly, without me having to fuss with it too much. My cadence sensor was the only little hiccup, I had to restart once before it showed up, but after that it stayed connected just fine. For my setup, it’s not absolutely flawless, but it works well enough and didn’t get in the way of the ride.

So far, the power numbers and climbs have been matching my trainer really closely, and I haven’t seen any weird spikes yet. Has anyone else had issues with random spikes, or has it been smooth for you too?

I’m a little confused how they manage to keep the routes feeling so different, but they do. I kept expecting it to get repetitive after a while, and it just never really did. Nice variety overall

I was a little worried it might be one of those things that doesn’t play nicely with my setup, but it worked fine on my iPad. That was a relief because I really just wanted something simple that did what it was supposed to do.

I tried Rouvy for the first time and the setup was kind of a mixed bag. The app installed without any issues, so at first I thought it would be straightforward, but pairing my trainer took a few tries and I ended up restarting Bluetooth before it finally worked. Maybe I missed something, but the onboarding only got me so far. It explains the basics, but I still found myself poking around a bit, wondering if I was in the right place or overlooking some obvious menu. Overall, it’s not bad, and once things were connected it seemed fine, but I do think it could be a little more beginner-friendly.

"Video's fine, just not always super clear"
rouvy is decent overall, but the video quality is kind of hit or miss. Some routes look really nice, while others just seem a bit blurry or laggy at times. It’s not terrible, I just wish it was more consistent.

"Grateful for the quick support"
I ran into an issue with my account after a renewal and wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back.
Thankfully, support replied the same day, asked for exactly what they needed, and got it sorted without turning it into a hassle. It really felt like I was talking to an actual person, not just getting canned responses.
Rouvy has been working well for me overall, but the helpful support is what really made me want to give 5 stars. I’m genuinely grateful for the quick help.

"Multiplayer made the ride way better"
Multiplayer actually worked well for me. I was able to join my friends without much trouble, and it made the ride feel a lot less boring. I kind of felt dismissed when I mentioned how much the solo experience dragged, but playing with other people made a big difference

It really does feel like driving on actual roads. The bumps, the turns, just the way everything reacts feels natural. I noticed it right away, and then I kept thinking about how smooth it was too. It’s one of those things where you don’t expect much at first, but then you’re like, okay, this actually feels real.

"The updates really helped"
I’ve been using Rouvy for a while now, the last few updates have made a big difference. The app feels a lot more stable for me, and rides seem to load faster too, which is really nice. I used to run into a few little bugs here and there, but lately they seem to be fixed. It’s just nice to see the app getting better and better over time.

"Heads up: canceling was simple"
Just a quick warning for anyone worried about getting stuck in a subscription, canceling was actually really easy. I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops or deal with a hassle, which was a relief.

"Friendly rides"
ROUVY group rides have been really nice. There’s usually someone around to chat with or chase a bit, which makes indoor training feel way less boring.

The app is simple to get around, and I was able to find rides quickly, which I appreciated. Some of the menus still feel kind of hidden, though, and when I ran into that it made me feel a little dismissed, like the app expected me to just figure it out. Overall it’s easy to use, but it could be more straightforward.

"Stable and Easy to Use"
rouvy has been solid for me. I use it a few times a week, and the thing I appreciate most is that it just works. My trainer connects quickly, the rides load without much fuss, and I can actually finish a session without fighting with the app. I had one slightly laggy moment, but it didn’t really affect the ride. Compared to a few other cycling apps I’ve tried, this one feels a lot more stable and way less frustrating. Happy with it so far.
